Fool-Proof Pie Crust

2 cups all-purpose flour (I use white whole wheat for just about everything)
1 tsp salt
3/4 cups oil
1/4 cup water

Mix together flour and salt. Stir in enough oil to make a crumbly mess. Now, none of this "cutting in the butter" nonsense! I don't usually need the whole 3/4 cups, and if I use it, it's too much. Sprinkle water over mixture and mix with spoon or hands until just combined--do NOT over-mix unless you wanting the tough, leathery-type pie crust (ew!). Enjoy!
